In-School Programs

Staff works in partnership with middle and high schools in the area to provide truancy and gang prevention/intervention services. Staff identifies youth that are gang-involved and work with them to intervene in their behaviors; conduct mediation sessions between rival gangs; organize graffiti clean-up in the schools; and assist students and their families that have a history of school failure, poor attendance, substance abuse and gang involvement.
