DHDC Family & Parenting Services

The Detroit Hispanic Development Corporation (DHDC) offers a series of parenting workshops designed to provide families with valuable tools for raising children in a way that addresses the unique challenges faced by Detroit and the surrounding communities.

These workshops focus on delivering culturally relevant information that emphasizes the importance of family values, communication, and community support.

DHDC’s workshops are not only an opportunity to gain practical parenting skills but also to connect with others in the community and strengthen the bonds that make families resilient.

This program is aimed at helping parents better understand child development, empowering them to support their children’s growth at every stage.

Parents learn practical strategies to nurture their children’s development, foster healthy relationships, and address any challenges that may arise.
